The Bluetooth feature will only work in one direction. The Jensen # JWM60A RV stereo can receive signals so it'll receive signals from a phone and play them through the stereo system, but according to the manufacturers, it cannot transmit to a Bluetooth speaker.

Zone 3 can be managed independently so that the music can differ from what's being played inside the trailer. With your trailer being opposite of most trailers the best option is going to be wiring Zone 1 and 2 to the outside speakers and Zone 3 to the interior speakers so that you can separate the audio.
